The front desk manager was welcoming and friendly, offering to allow late check-in when we called ahead.

The shower was extremely small (though it had great heat and water pressure). Unfortunately, there was no exhaust fan so we had to open the door.

We stayed over Thanksgiving to visit family in Buffalo. The room was nice, but small with very little room to walk between the beds or in the main area. The bathroom was also very small. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was clean. My husband did find a few ants by the window, though. The continental breakfast had good variety but the fruit was not fresh. Unfortunately, we also had the room closest to the elevator so we had to listen to people coming and going (while laughing and talking) all night. No traffic lights.

Hotel was fine, bed was fairly comfortable, we did not like the fact that there was no traffic lights on the street, made it difficult to turn left onto the busy road.
